This summer, we will be worshiping as a combined church with a blended music style that represents both our traditional and modern services. The blended service will provide each person with something enjoyable and familiar as we worship together in unity.
This week’s service will be available to view later on our Facebook page. Service videos, sermons, and bulletins from previous Sundays are available as well by clicking here.
On Sunday, September 9, our service will return to 9 AM TRADITIONAL WORSHIP (in the Sanctuary and live-streamed at www.facebook.com/umcberea/live_ and 11 AM MODERN WORSHIP (in Wesley Hall with the Praise Band).

Pulpit Exchange
July 14, 10 am, Wesley Hall
We will be doing a pulpit swap with Sandusky Trinity UMC. Rev. Ted Buehl is the current pastor of Trinity UMC and will be coming back to his home church (UMCB) to preach. I think this will be a real treat as you are able to celebrate his ministry and call. Likewise, Sandusky Trinity is my home church. It is where I was baptized, confirmed, and was provided with my Christian (and distinctly Wesleyan) foundation. This will be my first time preaching there and I am looking forward to it.
Outdoor Worship
July 21, 10 am, Front Lawn (weather permitting)
We will be worshipping outside and afterward we are having a potluck. We have invited Rev. Hoyte Wilhelm and the North Olmsted United Methodist Church to join us.
Messy Church
July 28, 10 am, Wesley Hall
Join us as we celebrate our 8th Anniversary of our Messy Church Ministry. Experience the joy of Messy Church for yourself in this special Messy Church worship service.

Fourth Sundays – You’re invited! Bring a friend to Dinner Church for a shared meal and casual worship, followed by small groups and youth group.

One of our congregation’s goals for 2023 is to “build a ‘connections’ team to reach out to and help members engage with the total life of the congregation, providing new and renewed connections for all members to build relationships and increase involvement in ministries and mission.” One of the ways we’re working on that goal is to build a team who will call and connect with persons who are unable to be present physically due to scheduling, mobility, etc., as well as build connections among our online worshiping community.
